Even asking if someone should file an Actos bladder cancer lawsuit is an absurd question. Actos is the diabetes drug, still on the market in the US – although recalled in France and suspended in Germany, has been the subject of at least three FDA drug safety notifications. The most recent were FDA Actos bladder cancer warnings, issued in 2010 and 2011. The first FDA Actos warning was regarding heart attack risks, something other diabetes drugs have been linked to, but the last two dealt with Actos bladder cancer. The most recent FDA Actos bladder cancer notice demonstrated that the FDA’s initial awareness of the bladder cancer risks posed by Actos wasn’t sufficient, making one question if the FDA has a clue to what’s going on now or if Actos bladder cancer lawsuits will have to figure that out. As if having diabetes isn’t enough, can you imagine the reaction when someone with it finds out they have bladder cancer? And that Actos, their diabetes drug, caused them to get bladder cancer is devastating. If people need to file Actos bladder cancer lawsuits to get the medical treatment to stay alive, then no one should stand in their way. Read more at www.actosbladdercancerlawsuits.com.
